Nicole Shaw and Brandon Hartsell opened the studio in an effort to create a consistent, reliable stretching space for students of all skill sets as well as a yoga program that combines hot yoga with regular yoga in a delicious yoga stew. Instructors are required to complete more than 500 hours of yoga schooling—including training in anatomy, philosophy, ethics, lifestyle, and technique—before getting the green light to lead lessons wearing a cape and holding a yoga whip.

Beginner-friendly health and vitality is a 90-minute course that will help you perfect 34 postures in a climate-controlled studio. Newbies can also try the fitness and flexibility session, a high-energy power yoga course that concludes with an optional 30-minute restorative wood series. At the beginning of the year, try a class in the Intro Series, meant to remove your yoga fear by helping those who are intimidated understand the practice. Yoga veterans can challenge themselves to the stamina and strength class, which helps hone movement and breath, and move at a more vigorous pace. View a list of all courses here, with specifics regarding temperature, humidity, duration, skill level, and ghost likelihood. Redeem your voucher at one of eleven locations.

Groupon Says

The Sunstone and the Dwarf Stones

The sunstone was just one of the magical artifacts collected by the Guild of Aron in the fantasy novel series The Guildmen’s Peregrinations. The series focused on a coming war between ancient armies of good and evil that could only be won by collecting a number of supernatural relics. Here are some of the other artifacts the Guild encountered:

The Dwarf Stones: These magical stones had been blessed by a dwarf cleric during the Time of First Reckoning back in the dwarves’ ancestral land. When gripped by a trained Dwarf magi, the stones gave off a cool purple light and revealed what everyone’s favorite music album was, but beyond that, didn’t do much.

The Divining Rod of Cul: Cul was a dark warlock who placed a spell on a divining rod that supposedly could be used to locate the long-forgotten Well of Ancients. In fact, the rod merely led its user to Cul’s home, where Cul would then spend hours trying on outfits and spinning yarns about his days in wizard college.

The Coins of the Rogue: These three gold coins, when held in the same purse, brought their owner immense luck, but when fewer than three of the coins were together, their owner got rabies. It was later discovered that the coins weren’t so much lucky as covered with rabies.
