Valid for up to 250 lbs. Valid only within Mississauga, Brampton, Toronto, Scarborough, Ajax, Whitby, Pickering, Oshawa, 401, 404, Lakeshore, and 427. Fuel surcharge of $15 applies to locations 0-5 KM outside of valid service area and $25 for those 5-15 KM outside of service area. Extra $25 fee applies to removal of appliances with freon.

We have a building material sample library that we are cleaning out. Much of the material is stone or concrete samples, would there be a surcharge for these (other than the extra $0.21/lb exceeding the 250lb limit listed above)?

Is the company insured? (i.e. if there is damage to the elevator or common area? ). Also, regarding the expiry date of Feb 12/14 - is that when you can last use the service or when you can last make a booking appointment?

If your garbage is taken away and weighed, then how does the company know what to charge at the time of removal. Do you come back and get more money from the customer.
