Founder Collin Williams brings a longtime passion for mixed martial arts to Emerald Smoke, a fight-sport-training and fitness facility open to men and women of all abilities. His squad of experienced instructors leads private lessons or group classes in punchy pursuits, such as MMA, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and George Foreman Full-Contact Grilling. Classes lasting 45–60 minutes meet Monday–Saturday, as outlined in the schedule. The gym's regulation-issue octagon cage is often filled with Everlast-gear-clad fighters, its training and mat areas regularly host body conditioners, and those who prefer to sweat solo use the weight and cardio equipment.
