Can this be used for an online purchase or must it be used at the store or a party?
I have the same question as Dee regarding online use of the Groupon…my brother in Omaha, NE is interested in a Design a Bag Kit for his wife and he’d love to use the Groupon, but he can only order online…I could go and pick it up at the store and send the kit to him, but isn’t the beauty of the kit that no one actually has to go to the store to see/feel the merchandise and create a bag? Just trying to save my time going to Lincoln Park and the shipping costs I would incur…Thanks!
I have purchased this groupon because I love Lill bags but I’m a little disappointed that it has a time frame of LESS than 3 months within which to use it. Since I plan to use this for myself and the holidays are upon us, and my money is going elsewhere at the moment, it would be nice if this deal were extended to at least a three month time frame. Then my wallet would have a little more time to recoup before heading in to design my own lovely item. That would work for those using it as gifts for others for the holidays and those of us who selfishly plan to use it all for ourselves!!! Just a suggestion.

Hi all – I’m going to try to answer all your questions below! :) So glad so many of you are interested in this Groupon!
Gift Certificates: YES, you can use your Groupon to purchase a Gift Certificate in our stores. The Groupon comes as a voucher sent via email from Groupon, not as a LILL gift certificate, but you can use your voucher to purchase a gift certificate.
Fabric: YES, you can use your Groupon to purchase fabric by the yard.
Online: Unfortunately, we cannot accept coupons or promotional codes on our website at this time so Groupons for this deal are Chicago only. We hope to do Groupon in other cities where we have stores soon! (ps – we are revamping our website in Spring 2010 and will be able to accept coupon codes at that time. So look for other groupons, etc. to roll out spring-summer 2010.)
Design a Bag Kits: YES, you can use your GROUPON to purchase a Design a Bag Kit in our stores.

Other Groupon deals are clearer to me. This looks great, but I don’t see any $60 items at Lill Studio. How does the deal work with items worth, for example, $35 or $99??
The Groupon is good towards your total purchase – so if you wanted to buy a few accessories that equal to $60 that works great. Our accessories range from $12 -$59 in-store and we have bags from $59 – $220. You can also use the Groupon voucher to purchase a $60 gift certificate if you’d like to give that as a gift.
As I beleive is the case with any Groupon from any merchant – if you choose to purchase one item that is under the value of the groupon voucher, you forfeit the remaining amount. Jayna at Groupon – please verify. Thanks!

if a group of us want to buy these and use them at a party, can we all use one for each of our bags? (eg 6 girls @ >$60, use 6 groupons)
Since you can only but 1 groupon at a time for this deal, can I buy 1, three times on the same credit card? I’d like to buy one for my sister and mom too but am worried I won’t get all three groupons?

Do I need to have the print out of the Groupon with me, or can I just use the number or something to use it ?

Usually they either ship it for a charge or you can pick it up if you’d prefer.

USING THE GROUPON IN OUR OTHER STORES:
We have boutiques in Chicago, Boston and Kansas City. As this was our first try with Groupon we initially had thought it would go out to Chicago and appeal to those in Chicago – but it seems that we are getting requests about our other stores. We talked it over and YES – you can use this Groupon in our Boston and Kansas City Stores. You can just walk in to these stores and use it – or book a party!
PARTIES:

These are a great gift idea – it’s the LILL Experience in a box! She can design at home! And YES, you can purchase a Design a Bag Kit in one of our stores using your Groupon towards payment.
ONLINE:
Unfortunately the only way we cannot redeem or accept Groupons is online. We hope to be able to offer something like this in the future, however!

When will the groupon be available to print. The custom bags say it must be ordered by Tuesday to be in before the 23rd for the holiday and tomorrow would be the only day I could physically go into the store. Also, do we have to physically go in or can we call and use the groupon over the phone?

So just to clarify, as well…I could use this towards the 59 dollar Chloe bag, even though the bag is (one dollar) less than 60? It will count towards tax?
So, I was in the store today and made a handbag and I got home and there’s this Groupon in my inbox. I was wondering if you could do a price adjustment since my friend and I were in the store TODAY?? You can buy more than one Groupon. It means one per transaction at the store; not with Groupon. Soo basically you can buy as many for your friends as you would like.

Help!! I had purchased groupon yesterday evening around 7:00 p.m. for 1154 LILL Studio and never received an e-mail. This is my first time buying on groupon so I don’t know if possibly I did something wrong. Nothing is showing up in “my stuff” as well. Is there anyone who has used groupon before that can tell me if I should place another order? I just want to make sure I’m not placing a duplicate order. Thanks!
Hey Darlene! It should show up tomorow. I think Fri-Sun groupons get delivered on Mon (I think) But for sure if you ordered yesterday it wont be there till Mon. If you do have trouble the groupon customer service line (Phone or e-mail) is very helpful with making sure your order is accurate
