Hi Carla - I provide a program and platform that has had a very high success rate. Please feel free to read the over 150 five star reviews on my site. This is a lifestyle program and when practiced as laid out, you will see results. This program is not about protein drink replacements. There will always be some swing in results with participation in a lifestyle program. I created a program that people can do long term and not a program that will guarantee 20 pounds quickly shed with products and potions. I am not so much a picky eater but I do not like fish products at all this does not contain fish does it

Hi Carla, The meal plans are predominantly vegetarian. Fish is included one night for the first two weeks and can easily be replaced by another dish. These are the only two examples of seafood in this program. I hope to see you in the program! Angela

I offer complete meal plans, no cook meal plans (utilizing your natural foods store deli), as well as 400+ recipes and guidelines to get your started. All redemption instructions are included on the Groupon once you have purchased. You can find and print your Groupons by logging into your account at www.groupon.com. Once you are signed in, place your cursor over your name at the top right of the screen and click "My Groupons" in the drop-down menu that appears. If the Groupon you are trying to print was purchased as a gift, it will be under "My Gifts." After you’ve reached that page, click “View Voucher” to download the PDF file of the Groupon to your computer. Once that file opens, you can print it like you would any document.

Hi. I'm wondering about the exercise. I have one bad foot so I can't do impact sports. That being said, I do have an eliptical machine. Would that be sufficient? Also, does this plan require me to travel to a gym etc? Finally, I'd like to lose 10lbs. Is that do-able in the 28 day program? Thank you! - Heather

Hi Heather, The elliptical works great! We will put together a workout program based on your heart rate zones that you can do this machine (I recommend a spin bike, elliptical or treadmill). Yes, a 10 pound weight loss is very doable with this program. I hope to see you in the program! Angela
