Choose Between Two Options

  • $29 for 10 boot-camp classes (a $175 value)
  • $49 for 20 boot-camp classes (a $300 value)

The 45-minute indoor boot-camp classes are scheduled on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:15 a.m. and 12:15 p.m., and on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 7:15 p.m. Classes are also available on Monday and Friday morning at 6:15 a.m. and on Saturday mornings at 9:15 a.m.

To implement these workouts, he rolls out dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes, and TRX suspension-training gear—which encourages stretching—as well as a poster of a kitten hanging from a tree.
