I've heard that the instructors can modify the positions for pregnant students in any class, even if it is not a designated "prenatal yoga" class. Is this so?

They can do that, but we recommend that you take their prenatal yoga class.

Some classes on the schedule say Book Class, others do not. What's the difference? Are the classes that do not have the Book Class option not available to this offer? Thanks!

Sorry for the confusion. The classes that don't say "book class" by them are classes that have already occurred. You'll only be able to book current classes. Hope this helped!
