He and his cooks hand-sculpt patties of Black Angus Chuck and skirt steak, sear them on a custom cast iron griddle, and serve them on toasted brioche buns. Diners can augment these with toppings such as pickled onions or buttermilk blue cheese, or opt instead for an albacore tuna burger or a veggie patty with eggplant-miso spread. Options for libations include handmade sea salt caramel shakes and Mexican Coke floats, house-made sodas, craft beers, and wine. 15-foot windows and Artemide light fixtures lend the space an open, modern ambience.

They would never make a couch so big that it couldn't fit through any size of doorway. If you ever wanna sit down to watch TV, you're gonna have to do the following first:

  • Turn it right.
  • No, that was a question. "Turn it, right?"
  • Try to shove your head through it. For leverage.

  • See if that lady will hold the cushions so they don't get dirty.
