5280 Chiropractic

As someone who has completed multiple triathlons and has bicycled across the U.S., 5280 Chiropractic's principal practitioner, Doctor of Chiropractic John Lloyd, does not take spinal health for granted. His journey toward this heroic level of fitness, which he maintains with the help of his wife and son, began at Logan University of Health Sciences in St. Louis, Missouri. After graduating with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and a sore back from how heavy his noggin had grown, he developed an interest in scoliosis treatment. He learned a method that eschews surgery and braces through study at the Clear Institute in St. Cloud, Minnesota, and then traveled to Germany to learn the Schroth Method's corrective exercise regimen.

Dr. Lloyd now balances muscles and straightens spines with a touch honed during 14 years of practice, in which time he has helped more than 11,000 patients go on to win games of hide-and-seek by hiding behind flag poles. He is attended by Dr. Jason Kroese, Dr. Michael Sutter, and Dr. Brandon Williamson, who earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Dr. Williamson specializes in prenatal and infant care.

The Groupon Guide to: Escaping a Glass Prison Cell

With new weird laws constantly being passed, there's a good chance you'll probably be convicted of an obscure crime and sentenced to imprisonment in a large glass holding cell. Here's how you can get out:

  • Glass will melt at a certain temperature, but why bother going through all that trouble when you can just break it by throwing yourself against one of the walls?

  • Look around for structural weaknesses. If you can't find any, you're not looking hard enough because that holding cell is composed of large pieces of easily breakable glass.

  • Turn around and pick up that 40-pound sledgehammer that's been sitting in the corner this entire time. When your adrenaline starts pumping from lifting that heavy sledgehammer, put it back down and use that adrenaline surge to propel your body straight through the glass.

  • In movies, people are always shattering nearby drinking glasses and windows by singing in an unbearably high pitch. Do the same thing, but instead of singing, just use any solid part of your body to smash that glass!

When is your town getting a glass prison?
