Excellent food, everyone is treated like royalty on every visit, great value!

Great Thai food. Very friendly staff. Food is delicious and very affordable

Although the location is not the most attractive, and the dining in atmosphere is also not especially appealing, the staff are friendly, attentive & very responsive. Most importantly, the food is quite good. We tried lettuce wraps & yellow curry & both were excellent. I asked our waiter for his recommendations of some other dishes & look forward to another opportunity to try something new!

This was my 3rd visit to Thai Orchid becasue the food is good. I won't go back again becasue everytime their service has been slow even though there aren't many people their.

The food is really good, I'm sad to see that they are having such a hard time with the service aspect. They had someone who couldn't explain the food and then delivered the wrong food to the wrong people, which you can't do when there is a custom level of spice involved. When we ate here before we had a great waiter who really knew the food, food prep was a little slow but everything was just right so of course we wanted to come back. After this last visit, I'm not sure we will make it back again, we just can't afford to risk having such a long lunch and a bad experience all rolled together. A true shame because they make the best rice pudding I've ever had.
