The Yoga Studio
For the past 15 years, owner and founder of The Yoga Studio Cathy Mann—a veteran yogi with two decades of experience—and her team of 10+ instructors have supported their client’s life quests with Hatha-yoga classes and wellness therapies. Seven days a week, students of all levels can attend a 60- to 75-minute yoga session which can accommodate those with injuries, chronic pains, and headaches. Each class—from flow yoga to gentle yoga for beginners—is designed to help reduce stress as the body receives a deep stretch and the muscles become stronger and leaner.
Along with teaching yoga classes, owner Cathy and instructor Jana—who both have 15+ years experience in the holistic healing field—also help clients restore and rejuvenate their energy levels with a variety of healing art therapies including Thai bodywork, acupuncture, and workshops on nutrition and spiritual teachings.
