Everyday at 9Round, trainers lead a continuous circuit of nine workout stations, designed to train the body for kickboxing and boost overall fitness levels. Students arrive whenever they like—morning, afternoon, or evening—and simply hop into the next starting circuit. According to one student, she seldom waits more than three minutes to begin her workout. It takes about 30 minutes to complete one entire circuit.

9Round

9Round gym takes its name from its signature kickboxing workout, a continuous circuit of nine workout stations perpetually overseen by personal trainers. Students jump into whichever station happens to be occurring whenever they show up to the class, the trainers always ready to start coaching. The workout takes about thirty minutes, and involves heavy bags, speed bags, medicine balls, and, of course, punching and kicking. The Margate location features shiny black leather equipment, which only loses its gleam by being repeatedly pounded up against the exposed brick walls.
