A-1 Fitness Center’s owner, Ryan Griffith, has more than 15 years of martial-arts experience, during which he racked up a second-degree black belt in MMA and a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. At A-1 Fitness, he helms a team that offers a variety of programs to help clients tone their bodies or train for fitness, self-defense, and competition.
