Hello, Patrice. Giving a Groupon as a gift is easy, and there are three ways to do it! You can print the Groupon to give in person, send it through email, or share it on Facebook.
First, head over to www.groupon.com/mygroupons and sign into your account. Although Groupons are transferable by default, there are some exceptions, so check the Fine Print of the deal to make sure nothing is keeping you from gifting your Groupon.
If you would like to either email your gift or give it in person, click “View Voucher” next to this Groupon in your account. This will download the PDF file to your computer which you can then print yourself or email to your friend. To email it, open your email program or website, create a new email, and attach the downloaded Groupon as you would attach any other file.
If you'd prefer to gift it through Facebook, click the down arrow next to "View Voucher" and then select "Give to a Friend." You'll be asked to connect to Facebook if you aren't connected already. Then, choose your friend. Depending on their privacy settings, the gift will either post on their timeline or be sent as a personal message.
