How long does it take to receive a personalized item? I'm looking at the Happy Family necklace. In counting the characters on each circle in that necklace, are the dots placed between each word or name counted in the maximum character count or not?

This Groupon basically acts as a credit toward your final online purchase from AJ's Collection. After you purchase the Groupon, you will redeem it on their website. The redemption instructions will appear in the "How to use this" section of your Groupon voucher.
