  • $79 for permanent eyeliner for upper or lower lids, which takes approximately one hour (a $200 value)

After a consultation to discuss colors and styles, cosmetic expert Kenny numbs the area to be treated, then begins tattooing on the chosen permanent makeup. Armed with modern digital equipment and sterile needles, he injects pigments into the dermis, relieving clients of the hassles of daily makeup application.
