I was extremely pleased with the quality and professionalism of A&M's work. They showed up within the originally-promised time window, despite the fact that I did not return their confirmation call for about an hour after they left the message. Andres did a thorough assessment of the situation with the tub and documented it in writing, along with the recommendation of an additional-cost treatment because of existing damage to the finish, which I decided to purchase. When the work was finished they restored the surroundings neatly. There were no unpleasant surprises, and the newly refinished tub looks great!
