Thanks for the question. Each home pricing is based off of how long it will take for our cleaning associates to clean it. When we come to clean for the first time with the groupon, we can narrow amount down when we do the walk thru. The range can be anywhere from $ 85 and up. Also depending how often that we come to clean that can also be a factor. We look forward to cleaning for you. Thanks Dana
