I've read review that this is in an office building and has more of an atmosphere of a medical office than a spa. What are the massage rooms like? Also, the reviews state that there was only one masseuse who checked them in as well as doing the massage and that there wasn't any other staff besides him. That makes me uncomfortable. Anything to address these concerns?

Hi Megan ~ Thank you for your question. We are not located in an office building at all. We are located in Embassy Lakes Professional and Medical Plaza. We have our own facility that provides a spa environment, not an office setting. We have multiple treatment rooms for massage, wraps, scrubs, and facials. We also have multiple experienced and licensed massage therapists and estheticians and have several scheduled simultaneously. We do have both male and female therapists. Our treatment rooms are set up exactly with a spa environment with professional massage tables, esthetician equipment. The decor and ambiance is not set for an office, but a spa.
