The bartending certification course takes place over a one-, two-, or three-week period. Students learn traditional drink recipes, starting with martinis, rob roys, and manhattans, followed by shooter recipes, as well as highballs and cream-based drinks. Flair training instills the skills of showmanship and mixology the art of drink making, whereas TIPS alcohol awareness teaches student to serve attentively and with care.

The Sylvester family had bartending in its blood.
