Under the tutelage of experienced instructors, pupils learn how to mix, shake, and stir time-honored concoctions at a fully operational bar. During 32 hours distributed over one-, two-, or three-week sessions, aspiring drink-smiths learn the recipes for classic cocktails and pouring techniques. Students walk away with the certification and skills required to be a bartender.

The four-hour mixology class inundates students with cocktail-crafting basics, ideal for people who aren’t looking for a certification, but still want to add a little showmanship to dinner parties or parole hearings.
