Thank you for you question. It really just depends on your location and appointment time. If it is an afternoon appointment and at a residence our techs vehicle does not support our water tank so we do ask if we can use your water spigot. Generally if it is a place of business or a morning appointment we bring our own water supply.

We do not shampoo at all, but it does include the hatch. We spot treat. Also, we use a steamer as needed.

Question: Per your website's package pricing, the difference between an upgrade to the Onyx Package from the Diamond package is $10. Is this upgrade an available option with our groupon purchase on the day we are to receive our services from you? Will wait to hear back before making my purchase. Thanks!

No, that is for the Onyx package paying at full price. With Groupon there is a $50 surcharge if your vehicle is in Onyx condition IE: lots of mud, animal hair, stains galore, water spots. Just a vehicle that needs extra attention.

My car was parked next to a sprinkler system at work and now I have slight hard water spots. The car was dried immediately and has since been ran through 2 regular automatic car washings, will this detail package rid my car of the hard water spots that remain? Thanks!

Thank you for your question. This will not rid them of the water spots. We have to use a different type of solution for water spots. It can take several hours on the water spots alone. We have an Onyx package for these types of vehicles. However the wax we use for the Diamond package does make them a little less noticeable but does not remove them.

I live in the east mountains. If there a drop-off place for your service? I would rather leave the car with you. It is a 1998 White GMC Safari Minivan.

Thank you for your question. We are currently mobile only. We are however getting a location where you can drop off your vehicle. The way we do it now is at our current location if necessary or at our techs house. Please call 505-906-6714 to set up a time when you can bring your vehicle down.
