During Diamond packages, techs wash exteriors by hand before wiping down dashboards, cleaning windows, and scouring interiors with a vacuum, steam cleaner, and conditioner. They then degrease and polish engine compartments and apply a protective coat of wax on exteriors. Detailing can take from 30 minutes to 3.5 hours, depending on service area, car size, and car condition.
