They do not return phone calls and are very difficult to reach. I found them extremely unprofessional and am surprised they are accredited with MTO.

I finished the driving school classes in October and haven't gotten a single driving lesson up to this date (February), even after I called numerous times and left numerous messages.

Two day before I was suppose to start my in class I phoned but the mail box was full. The message stated that Clare could be reached at a 289 number. when I called that number a message from the provider said that the number was temporally out of service. I couldn't leave any messages on either phone. On the day of the class I decided to still go and see what happen (let me tell you getting out of bed at 7 am on my day off in minus 19 temperature is not cool) when I got to 60 Dundas Street East there was no Academic safety Driving School. Because I have only good customer Service with Groupon over the years I will still buy from them, Thankfully this was not my first dealing with Groupon

Very disorganized business. The in class lessons had no structure and did not really teach me anything. The in car lessons were a disaster too. The groupon said 10 hours in-car with the instructor. I think I had 5 or 6 in total. Also, I was the one who had to remind the instructor to book my road test every week because he never it. I ended up taking additional in car lessons with another instructor from another driving school because I didn't feel safe and focuses on during my lessons. The instructor was bush texting and talking to people on his phone.
