  • $49 for 16 fitness classes (a $160 value)

Students may choose 8 or 16 classes ranging from boot-camp sessions with cardio conditioning and toning work to classes including Butts & Guts sessions that target core muscles, Touch classes featuring Pilates, yoga, and stretching techniques, Zumba fitness classes that provide a core-and-cardio workout, and Kapow! Cardio kickboxing, which teaches flexibility- and strength-building moves.

Achieve Fitness

The certified personal trainers at Achieve Fitness work to help their clients meet fitness goals. They strive to motivate their clients during one-on-one training sessions, nutritional counseling, and group fitness classes. In the spa, massage therapists help assuage guests' aches and pains. An aesthetician is scheduled to join the staff soon to beautify visitors with skin-smoothening services such as facials and eyebrow waxing.
