Morning Daneya ~ Typically we say 7 is the youngest but that’s number simply gives us something tangible to point to. Our goal, is to not frighten anyone, we want adults and kids alike to have a positive experience.
So, if the child fell out of the boat in a rapid, what’s that child’s make-up, would she/he be able to remain calm and enjoy the trip or would it really upset her/him?

Can you only use this for the South Fork, or can you use it for Middle Fork as well?

Wow. I just went on a rafting trip with AWA two weekends ago and we had a blast! The owner Chris was wonderful to work with, the staff was fun and the food was amazing. I can’t say enough great things about the trip. I will be picking up a few of these today. :)

In short, we have space beginning as early as tomorrow, if at least 6 people book, running through the 19th of the month.

How many bodies to a boat?
@ Elizabeth – The Middle Fork is rated as a class 4 river, but I’m not running it this season. As the lake drops, there are some great rapids on the section we’re running though. Satan’s has been hitting hard along with Hospital Bar and Surprise is showing!
@ Natalie – in an ideal world 6 per boat. Depending on gear and total number of people on each trip we’ll run 4 to 7. We work to keep friends together but sometimes we need to squish around to balance everything out. It’s great fun and we don’t isolate 1 person and banish them alone in a corner of a raft!
