In a Nutshell

Light-based facial treatment evens out skin tone and brightens the complexion, all while diminishing pore size, redness, and signs of aging

The Fine Print

A spa can be a refuge from the chaos of a busy life or from the chaos of a city slowly being overtaken by hyperintelligent children. Escape the madness with this Groupon.

Choose Between Two Options

  • $149 for two photofacials (a $410 value)
  • $209 for three photofacials (a $615 value)

During the 30-minute photofacial, an aesthetician treats the face to pulsed light waves that gradually reduce signs of aging, such as fine lines, liver spots, and sun damage, and lessen other skin imperfections, including broken capillaries, enlarged pores, and dull or uneven complexions.

Ada's Skin Care

Both men and women can step into Ada’s Skin Care for a soothing skin or beauty treatment. Gold tapestries and earth-toned color schemes lend a warm and inviting feel to the spa’s treatment rooms, where aestheticians rejuvenate skin with everything from glycolic peels and microdermabrasion treatments to detoxifying thermal body wraps and salt glow body scrubs. Meanwhile, technicians man the NaturaLight laser system to tighten sagging skin and eliminate imperfections, such as wrinkles, broken capillaries, and acne. Stylists use reparative serums to help hair perk up in the salon, and glominerals makeup artists ready clients for weddings, proms, and heartfelt reunions with their long-lost dogs.

The Groupon Guide to: Rewinding a Video Cassette

If it's been a few weeks since the last time you rewound a VHS tape, you might want to refresh yourself on the steps just to make sure you complete the process correctly:

  • Identify the cassette you wish to rewind. You will know that the tape needs to be rewound if you attempt to watch it and find that the bad guy has been defeated and everyone is getting married.

  • Place the cassette in your VHS-rewinding device. It should be shaped like a car. If it is not shaped like a car, it is most likely not a VHS rewinder but a countertop bagel toaster. If this is the case, place your tape back in the VCR.

  • Push the button labeled "rewind." In lieu of human words, the button may be marked with the universal symbol for rewind: two left-facing triangles that resemble a fish swimming away from you. Don't be daunted by the fact that every fish you’ve loved has left you—it’s just a symbol!

  • When the tape is fully rewound, seal it in a padded envelope so that this never happens again.

Have you been rewinding VHS tapes incorrectly your entire life?
