How does this work? Do you schedule a visit on specific days/times? I would like to buy one for my parents, sister, and I, but I want to be sure this is available on weekends. Also, are you handicapped accessible? My dad walks with a cane, and does not do well with a lot of stairs. Thanks! Kathy
