Choose Between Two Options

Students have two years to complete the coursework at their own pace. Each course includes all required textbooks, enrollment in Real Estate Principles (a $189 value online; a $249 value with live-lecture supplementation), Real Estate Practice (a $129 value), and the elective Legal Aspects of Real Estate (a $129 value). Real Estate Principles takes place over nine two-hour classes, and Real Estate Practice and Legal Aspects of Real Estate each take place over one eight-hour session.
