Before competing in a 5K, it's smart to build up your endurance with weekly runs or one practice marathon the night before. Be prepared with this Groupon.

Choose Between Two Options

  • $20 for entry to the Santa Hustle 5K (a $40 value)
  • $32 for entry to the Santa Hustle half marathon (a $65 value)

    Along with admission, runners receive a themed long-sleeved T-shirt—T-shirts for the 5K and Dri-Fit shirts for the half marathon—along with a a Santa hat and white beard to wear during the race. Both races start on Sunday, December 9, at 9 a.m. at the Ocean Center.

Adrenaline Sports Management

The Santa Hustle 5K and Half Marathon, organized by Adrenaline Sports Management, pits Santa against Santa in a charity race downtown. Runners dress as Kriss Kringle with shirts, hats, and beards provided by the race organizers then cruise along a course lined with holiday decorations and candy stations. The festivities continue at the finish line, where an after-party buffet greets racers who have worked up an appetite by running while shouting all the reindeer's names over and over. Runners and onlookers will also see donation boxes throughout the area and are encouraged to bring along new playthings to benefit Toys for Tots. Medals will be awarded to the top three male and female runners, and there will also be awards for the individual and group with the best Santa costumes.
