Board-certified dermatologist Harry Sharata, M.D. PhD is a man of many talents. Not only does he serve as clinical associate professor at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, but he is also the medical director for both Advanced Dermatology, Inc. and Madison Skin & Research Inc., a research clinic that conducts clinical trials on dermatological therapies. In his work at Advanced Dermatology, Inc., he leads a staff of nurses, physician’s assistants, and pharmacists through medical dermatology procedures that target eczema, skin cancer, and acne and cosmetic dermatology treatments. These include laser hair-removal as well as other outpatient procedures such as photorejuvenation, glycolic chemical peels, and Botox, which noninvasively target signs of aging including wrinkles, age spots, and lips that continually whistle “Ragtime Gal.”
