Caterers supply a midday gourmet lunch with cold drinks on the banks of the river before participants take off for Class IV rapids on the Classic Middle Ocoee River. The day concludes with a CD of photos from the day's adventure. Adventures Unlimited urges customers to wear swim suits, T-shirts, shorts, tennis shoes or river sandals, and sunscreen.
