you have not answered the questions but instead say refer to the above..what is the down time as in time off after reciveing one treatment..can go back to work the same or next day? And don't refer us to the site that talks about hair removal lasers and of course it depends on skin type etc but one person wanted to know if it is Fraxel and the anser is no? different type of machine?? and strength never got answered refine 1550??

They use the Palomar Starlux 500 Platform and the "Non Ablative 1540 Handpiece" for the treatment. Although considered a "no downtown procedure", swelling and redness is expected immediately upon treatment and generally resolves within 24 to 48 hours. There can be residual redness which can last up to a few days (almost similar to a light sunburn look). Light mineral make up can hide this residual redness (however, do not use make up during the first 24 hours). Once the treatment has healed, some itching or dryness may occur. How often should you wait between treatments? If you purchase 5 treatements, do you need to have received all 5 treatments before the expiration date, or just the first?
