I have been wanting upper arm liposuction for a long time. How successful the procedure on the arms? What about the incisions (location, size, scar and healing etc)? What are the chances of deformity or permanent discolorations? I am planning a wedding in September, and want to be sure the areas treated are completely healed by then. Thank you very much.

Hi Grace, Arms are a popular site to have liposuctioned, incisions are very small. You don't even need sutures for closure. Most swelling and tenderness resolved in the first few weeks. Hello, my husband would like to have his chest, lower abdomen and love handles sculpted, this would entail 4 areas, correct? Do you have a satisfaction guarantee? How are you prepared to handle an emergency (allergic reaction to anesthesia for example) and how are you covered insurance wise? Will you also elaborate of patient home and in-office after care? Do you have time to do a short consultation this Monday, after 3pm?

Good morning, What areas you are describing on your husband is 4 sites. My patients are typically very happy with the results, during the preop op we will go over everything to expect in detail, including pre/op and post op care. We are prepared to handle any situation, and yes are covered by insurance specifically for the services we are providing. I would be happy to meet with you, but there is no Monday appts. Few questions 1) is there a maximum amount of fat you will remove per area or procedure? 2) do you have any Saturday morning appointments for removal, or what's the latest Friday appointment? 3) can I drive myself or do I need to be driven to the procedure appointment? Are there payment plans available or do you need to buy the groupon paid in full? What if I buy for one area and then after consultation decide I need more sites done? Is this the same kind of liposuction that Sonobello does?

Groupon, needs to be paid in full. Carecredit.com is a option for payment plan. Come for a consult Saturday and we can discuss how many sites would be right for you. I am not sure what technique they use, but I have had patients look at Sonobello prior to coming to us, and have chosen us.

Is the doctor certified by American Board of Plastic Surgery? If not, what are the credentials? How many years has doctor performed liposuction procedures? How many patients has the doctor had for liposuction? Have your patients suffered from side effects such as lumpiness, dents, ripples, permanent discolorations, nerve damage etc? Is there any additional costs pre/post op, medications, compress garments, etc? Thank you.

Is the stomach area considered one site? What about the side (bra) areas? What is a normal recovery time for this for taking time off from sedentary work?

Stomach, has a upper site (above belly button) and lower site (below belly button), so this area is two sites. Post bra/axilla region has a left side and right side, so there are two sites. Recovery time: Surgery Th/or Fri, walking 1-2miles the next day encouraged/managable by people. Rec taking weekend to take it easy, back to work Monday very reasonable.

Waterjet liposuction is not a tightening procedure, but I do find by removing the fat and stretch from the skin that we usually get very nice skin tightening naturally. We offer reaction by viora for modest skin tightening and liquifying of fat, not covered by Groupon. Thankyou Dr Brecht

If i came in for a consult could i get the procedure done the same day? Im asking because i live 3 hrs away. also i was wondering i want the outter and inner thighs done i would also really like the my inner knee done is that included in the inner thigh? i also would like lower abs done i just need some sculpting done Im at my ideal weight i just want some problem areas taken care of. thanks
