Hi Mary We are a private company. I own the company and do the work. I started my company 3 years ago, and I worked for another carpet cleaning company before that. It is steam cleaning and extraction. Our machine sprays steam on the carpet and extracts at the same time. If you have anymore questions, feel free to call. Thank You

I have only one room that is approx 180 squae feet. I also have two area rugs, one 4x8' and the other 3x5'. I would be willing to pay the $59 if they could do that?

Hi David. We can clean the one room and the 2 rugs as long as the rugs are not natural fiber. They must be synthetic fiber rugs. Natural fiber rug cleaning is $2 sq/ft, there is a big difference in the cleaning process. If you paid a couple of hundred dollars for the rugs, then they are synthetic fiber rugs. I have seen 15 year old carpet that looks brand new. And I have seen 1 year old carpet that looks like it was used in a circus. To answer your question, whether it has been 1 year or 5 years since you have had your carpet cleaned, steam cleaning your carpet will make a difference. If your carpet looks spotless, there are still dirt particles deep within the fibers of your carpet that need to be steam cleaned out of your carpet on a regular basis.
