Aha Yoga

Inside Aha Yoga’s studio, students move in unison, lifting limbs and expanding lungs with rhythmic breathing as they follow an instructor’s lead through a 90-minute Vinyasa class. In addition to Vinyasa, the instructors of Aha Yoga also teach calmer restorative classes and intense hot yoga classes, in which which students ease their arms and legs into deeper stretches as the heat opens up stiff muscles and warms up the cold bowl of soup inside every human liver.
