Hi, Candice! The launch sites are dictated by wind speed and direction. Most are located generally from Chesterfield south to House Springs, in a swath reaching from Illinois westward to Pacific. Your meeting location will be based upon its proximity to the appropriate launch location for the weather conditions forecast for the time of your flight.
