I had to pay quite a bit more money to actually have my air ducts/furnace cleaned. This money was above and beyond what I had already paid for the groupon, thus making it no longer a deal. I felt locked in though, because I had already paid for the groupon. Then, they did not even do the job they said they would. I should have followed them around, because after they left I discovered that they did not even clean all the bedroom vents and they said that they would and my basement was a dusty mess. I have had this kind of service performed by other companies in the past at other residences and it was not at all the same this time. The air duct cleaning did not change anything at my house.
