The groupon says no area rugs. I have 9X12 and larger rugs that are not wall to wall. Will you clean these?

Thank you for your interest. There are area rugs and there are AREA RUGS. Some area rugs are wall to wall type carpet that has been cut and bound. And some area rugs are oriental or Persian style rugs. One I could include in the groupon one I can't. If you'd like a more definite answer it would be better to talk in person to make sure we are on the same page.

I have 2 lower level rooms and a set of stairs, could this be done or the $119 price stated w/ stain protection? Also, is there a size limitation on the rooms or the Groupon? Thanks-

Yes that would be fine to include the stairs as a room if you'd like. The limit per room is 300 sq feet.

Are you able to clean wall to wall carpeting close to the rug's edge. My problem has b een that we have light colored carpeting and the edges do not seem to get very well cleaned. You can see a dark line going around the perimeter of the rug. Other companies have said that they do not have the tools to get that close to the trim board to properly clean that edge. Can you?

The condition you describe is called filtration lines. It is caused by fine particles that collect around the edges of rooms and under doors. It is extremely difficult to remove. We've had some success and quite honestly sometimes not. I'd rather be honest with you then to give you unrealistic expectations. The other cleaners you have talked to are right. The machinery doesn't clean filtration lines. The only way I know of would be to treat and clean by hand. It is a very labor intensive way to clean and would have to be done at an extra charge.
