Questions and Answers

Are there levels, i.e., beginners, advanced beginners, intermediate, etc.
Nancy

yes check out her site. there is an intro class and then all levels. very small classes with lots of personal attention to make sure you are doing it right and also adapt if you can’t do certain moves/poses.
If I buy one and someone else buys me one as a gift will I be able to use more than one?
anyone know if it’s okay to do when pregnant? just tried calling and there was no answer.. also, just to clarify, you have two months once you take your first class to use the full groupon, right?
Akemi and Jocelyn are the best!! I highly recommend. I think you can do pg but i’m not positive.

Hello. Same question as Jamie H…was not able to find an answer on Groupon (policy/ rules & regs). Can you please advise whether a gift could be used in additon to the Groupon I’d buy. Thanks!
Hi Ula F,
The Fine Print states:
Expires Mar 22, 2011
Limit 1 per person, may buy multiple as gifts. Reservation required. Must redeem classes within 2 months of activation. Not valid with other offers. No cash back.
See the rules that apply to all deals.
@ Ula & Jamie – in every other deal I’ve come across, when the Rules say Limit 1 per person, that means that only one Groupon can be used per person regardless of whether you buy it for yourself or its gifted to you. If you buy one for yourself and someone gets you one as a gift, you can always gift the extra to someone else. Hope that helps!

Love, love classes with Jocelyn at Akemi Barre…a butt-kicking combo of yoga, pilates, core and toning. You will leave sweaty and relaxed, I promise! Give this great spot a try, you won’t regret it.
