Ale Roma Cucina

Seasoned chef and owner Rodrigo Olmedo brings nearly 30 years of culinary experience to crafting Ale Roma Cucina’s menu of traditional Italian cuisine. His creations are diverse, from elegant pasta dishes such as the rigatoni con salsiccia—with sausage, asparagus, caramelized onions, sherry, cream, and reggiano cheese—to more casual panini sandwiches and rustic pizza suited for gourmet lunch hours.

Behind the bar, rows of wine bottles line the wall, looking out upon the dining room where marble-topped tables fill with plates of steaming gnocchi and discussions about whether The Mona Lisa actually had teeth. The restaurant’s selection of libations also includes numerous bottled and draft beers as well as espresso drinks to savor with slices of tiramisu.

Reviews

fantastic, great flavors, big portions. My wife had Linguini Vongole and said it was the best she'd ever had. The clams were fresh, flavorful.

“I was a little concerned inquiring about the need for reservations. I was told they were going to have a party of 70 people at 7pm and it would be better for us to reserve before of after the party, which was either 6:30 or 9:30. I hung up and talked with my wife to see what would work for us. We decided 9:30. When I called back another man answered and he told me I didn't need reservations and he would see us at 9:30. Something didn't seem right. I called back in 1/2 hour and spoke with the original man, which he said I still needed a reservation. He took my info and we would see him at 9:30. We decided to leave a little early because we were hungry. We got there at 9:15, place was empty.”
