Great experience!

Overall excellent. A few things to note however. 1, Only one tech arrived even though advertising clearly says two, except on weekends. Service was performed on Monday. 2, they didn't use a truck but a portable vacuum which was trudged to the basement. 3, their before and after pictures were excellent and they used brushes! 4, fogging is simply spraying a compound on the filter which gets naturally blown through the vents. 5, the coupon is for 5 vents only. I paid another $140with tax to do 8 more vents and 4 returns for the whole house. So the groupon basically gets "the very best Ottawa duct cleaner service" in your house and saves you around ~$200. They are ALL very polite and knowledgeable, solve any issue on the spot, think outside the box, genuinely care, show up on time, clean everywhere, trouble you while in process a very minimum, put things back... and ensure I was completely satisfied. No surprise Bytown Duct Cleaning has the highest rating in the Ottawa region.

The team called that to confirm that they could be early (!), worked professionally, quickly and completed the full house of ducts with no muss or fuss, showing us the before/after pictures as they went along. On leaving, they ensured the house was left clean. Very satisfied.
