Could one pass be used so that 2 people go on the go carts? If a 6 year old rides in the cart with an adult, does it count as 2 activities?

Yes, the pass is good for one go kart ride, one round of mini golf and 50 balls at the batting cage. The go kart ride can be the single or the double kart. You will also get two 25 ball tokens for the batting cage, so those can be shared as well. You would need to purchase an extra mini golf if both people want to play.

so if I wanted to take my daughter would I have to get two of these passes, one for her and one for me? or can it be divided? so one person does like the go cart and the othet does the batting cage?

It can be divided or used by one person up to the individuals.

We have 3 styles of go karts...a double kart for an adult to drive and anyone 3 years and older can ride as a passenger (double karts can go on either the small or large track). Then we have our winged karts for anyone 48" tall and these karts stay on the small track. If you use this option for the groupon, we would give you 10 mins on the small track. For the big track, our karts are for anyone over 57" tall. For the batting cage, we prefer your child to be at least 6 years old. However, I have seen younger kids that play ball on a regular basis using our slow cages and they do just fine.
