Is this an all year schedule? Also, if I can only go 1 night a week that may vary, will I be able to keep going for 15 nights whenever or do I have to commit to a certain schedule?

The 180 expiration on this deal, does this mean all sessions need to be used by 180 days or does this mean as long as you turn in the groupn before the 180 day mark? Example if I turn in my grouon within thirty days, can I take as long as I want to complete the 10 sessions?

I am 71 and the picture shows a lot of jumping etc. Is there an intructor that does it for seniors a little less jumping etc? Also it does not say what nights?
