Alpha Omega Fitness

Althea White grew up athletic, honing her physique and competitor's edge in team sports including soccer and lacrosse. When the time came to leave behind her high-school extracurriculars and pursue a college education, she found herself torn between pursuing her passion for fitness and her career choice of orthopedic surgery. Her studies led her to a marriage of the two, and she left school with a degree in movement science. To help others make fitness a priority, she became a personal trainer, picking up a number of other fitness certifications along the way. She eventually stepped away from larger health clubs to start her own business.

Now, as the trainer, owner, and motivational force behind Alpha Omega Fitness, Althea combines elements of weight training, Pilates, yoga, and TRX suspension training into full-body sculpting regimens.
