what company do you use to ship to Canada? USPS, FedEx, UPS or other? I am concerned about taxes/duties and associated fees. Different companies can charge different broker fees (I've ordered at $25 item from the US that came to about $80 with all the fees). I was looking to buy the $35 for $100 groupon, so I would be well over the limit where no taxes are charged. Thanks.
