During a custom facial, Amber begins with a skin analysis to determine the type of skin being treated and the facial best suited for it. She then cleanses the skin twice and exfoliates the pores, clearing away impurities and gently performing extractions before treating guests to a face, neck, and shoulder massage. A mask specifically designed to avoid potential skin irritation is then applied, and the treatment concludes with a hand and arm massage.
