I would like to buy as a gift for a friend in Lake Oswego who is moving to a ground floor apartment (mom has cancer and cannot manage stairs). The apartment is three bedrooms. Hi Katherin! We do cover the Lake Oswego area. Our move-out cleaning service on average varies between 5-10 man hrs to complete. The time its determined by the customers cleaning standards, size and condition of the home. We would recommend the 5 man hr voucher for this job. This will give you two cleaners for 2.5 hrs (5 man hrs), at time of service they can let you know how much they can accomplish within the time purchased or if you should purchase any additional time to complete the job at our regular hourly rate.
