Hi Ashley, Once you've used your Groupon lessons, the price is $150.00 for three months of unlimited lessons. So it's $50 per month, but you can come everyday if you'd like! Thanks for asking. Hope to see you in class!

Can we drop in at these classes or must we sign up in advance? How soon can we start? Do we have to register in advance before each class or just the first class? I already have a pair of boxing gloves, would it be possible for me to receive a pair of wrist/hand wraps instead of the gloves?

Hi Angie, Thanks for inquiring about our Kickboxing classes! Hope to see you in class! See answers to your questions below: Can we drop in at these classes or must we sign up in advance? After your first lesson, you can drop in anytime. We just ask that you let us know in advance for your first class so that we can get you regisered. How soon can we start? You can start anytime; the sooner, the better! I already have a pair of boxing gloves, would it be possible for me to receive a pair of wrist/hand wraps instead of the gloves? Sorry, we're unable to change the deal in any way, but the gloves are free, so you'll have a back up pair. Thanks again for your questions!

Hi Meg, If you go to our feature ad, you can click on the "see class schedule" link. You can also click on our company website address www.Karateblackbelt.net to see the class schedule there also. We have multiple classes every day of the week except for Friday and Sunday. Hope to see you in class!

Do you workout with a heavy bag, or with a partner using pads?

Hi Melanie, Thanks for the question--we do both partner work and a lot of hitting freestanding heavy bags for power. When we're working with a partner, they're usually holding their gloves up, however, instead of pads, and we're working on cardio going fast as opposed to hitting our partner's gloves hard for power.
