Breaking a sweat not only cools you down during exercise but also rids your body of the disgusting water that's just building up inside you. Sweat it out with this Groupon.

  • $15 for a 10-session punch card for Zumba or kickboxing classes (a $50 value)
  • $29 for two months of unlimited Zumba or kickboxing classes (up to an $80 value)

Kickboxing classes blend the movements of tae kwon do and boxing as students build lean bodies and learn self-defense skills. Zumba sets an intense, high-impact cardio workout and simple-to-learn dance combinations to Latin and world music.

Amys Martial Arts

A trio of black-belted Moras sisters lead the diverse fitness curriculum at Amys Martial Arts. Melany, Amely, and Samy blend the disciplined technique they’ve displayed in national, collegiate, and international martial-arts competitions with coaching and referee experience as they teach students aged 3 and older. Children's tae-kwon-do classes develop motor skills, balance, and a positive attitude, and tumbling sessions develop the sense of balance needed to roll, cartwheel, and handspring. Adults can explore the physical and mental benefits of tae kwon do's full-body workout or jump-start their heart rate with kickboxing, Zumba, or imagining how they’d use tae kwon do to fend off a pack of wild rabbits.
